Dylan signed for Haverfordwest County ahead of the 2021-22 season, and was immediately handed the captain’s armband. Rees, 27, is a former member of the Cardiff City academy setup, and has also played football in Sweden with Karlstad BK. The majority of his senior football has been played at Cardiff Metropolitan, where he spent four years between 2017 and 2021. The defender achieved a great deal during his time in the capital, including playing – and scoring – in Europa League qualifying, winning the Nathaniel MG Cup and being selected for the Wales C international team, for whom he started in the 2-2 draw with England in Salford.
