We are pleased to confirm details of a Leeds United Legends Charity Dinner night, which the club will be hosting at Pavilion, Withybush Showground on Saturday December 3rd.
The event, which gets under way at 7pm, will include a Q&A with iconic former Whites players Paul Reaney and Eddie Gray, and will help to raise funds for the academy at Haverfordwest County as well as our community partners, VC Gallery, who do fantastic work with veterans struggling with their mental health.
Hosted by comedian and compére, Jed Stone, the night will include a three-course meal, and will end with a charity auction hosted by former professional footballer, Glan Letheren. Our partners, Wine&Something, have kindly provided bottles of wine which will be available on every table.
We welcome any potential interest from local businesses, who may wish to use this night as an opportunity to hold their Christmas staff party. The bar, which will be run by Absolute Event Bars, will be open until 12.30am.
Organisations will also have the opportunity to donate prizes for the auction, as well as coming on board as an event sponsor. Should you wish to be a sponsor, your company logo will be displayed in the programme and included in the promotion of the event on social media, and also on Pure West Radio, our official media partners who will be providing entertainment on the night.
There is also an opportunity to sponsor the top table, where the Leeds United legends will be seated on the night. In addition to the benefits listed above, you will also be able to have drinks with the legends before the event starts, as well as having your photograph taken with them.
Tickets are priced at £65 per person, or £450 for a table of eight for non-businesses. Tables for businesses are £540 (VAT incl.), and when you book a table of eight, you will only be paying for seven people.
Tickets for the event can be purchased online from our official ticketing partners, ticketpass. Alternatively, you can contact Partnerships Manager, Wyndham Williams, on w.williams@hcafc1899.football or 07377201118 to book your place.
