The not-for-profit organisation was set up in 2019 following the untimely death of the former Tottenham Hotspur defender, and is propelled by the life and legacy of Edinburgh, who went on to manage the likes of Newport County, Gillingham and Leyton Orient.
The partnership will see the club help to promote the fantastic work being carried out, with the JE3 Foundation logo proudly displayed on the back of our shorts to increase their visibility.
The JE3 Foundation pursues one goal: increased survival following cardiac arrest, and their work centres around three key areas: campaigning for legislative change on the installation of Automated External Defibrillators within health and sports facilities, raising awareness of cardiac arrest and delivering CPR training.
Legislative
With the overarching aim of legislative change, the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation advocates for the legal mandate of Automated External Defibrillators in all health and sports facilities in the United Kingdom.
Training
In schools, business, and the community at large, the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation is delivering CPR training and elevating the voices of medical professionals in order to raise public awareness and give people the ability and confidence to save lives.
Access
Cardiac arrest is sudden and often without warning. Increasing public access to defibrillators rapidly increases the chance of survival.
The JE3 Foundation are leading the way by donating three defibrillators per quarter, in Justin’s name, to community organisations.
