Haverfordwest County AFC are delighted to confirm the signing of defender Rhys Abbruzzese, who joins the club after leaving Barry Town United.
The 24-year-old, who came through the youth ranks at Cardiff City, joins the Bluebirds on a two-year deal which runs until the end of the 2023-24 season.
Abbruzzese, a full-back, played in 23 of the Dragons’ 32 matches in the JD Cymru Premier last season, and started in three of the four games against County across Phase One and Two.
A former Wales youth international, Abbruzzese represented his country right the way through the age-grades, making a total of 14 appearances from under-17 to under-21.

Abbruzzese was one of the stand out performers in the matches he played against the Bluebirds last season, and he will without doubt help to improve the competition for places in our defence for next season.
We look forward to welcoming Rhys into the club for pre-season, and we are excited to see what he can offer over the course of the next two seasons.
