Haverfordwest County host Undy Athletic at the Ogi Bridge Meadow in the third round of the Nathaniel MG Cup on Tuesday evening.
The Bluebirds come into the tie on the back of Saturday’s 2-0 win over Flint Town United in the JD Cymru Premier.
Undy, meanwhile, have had a challenging start to their season, losing eight of their nine matches to date in the JD Cymru South. Their most recent outing ended in a 3-0 defeat against Taff’s Well at Rhiw’r Ddar on Friday.
Both teams entered the competition, which was cancelled last season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, at the second round stage.
Wayne Jones’ side comfortably accounted for Goytre United, with Kieran Lewis, Henry Jones and Corey Shephard all finding the net.
The Tiger needed penalties to edge past Swansea University, after the tie ended level at 1-1.
Lewis Thomas’ side looked to be heading out of the competition with the full-time whistle approaching, trailing by a goal after Nick Hyden’s 30th minute strike, however Harris Thomas equalised in the third minute of additional time before the Monmouthshire outfit went on to win 5-3 on spot kicks.
Ticket news: Adults and concessions will be able to watch the game at the reduced price of £3, with under-16s free.
