Haverfordwest County’s five-year strategy is now available to read!
The club held our strategy event at the Ogi Bridge Meadow on Saturday 1 November, with Chief Executive Officer Rebecca Nuttall giving a presentation to those in attendance, before joining Vice-Chair Mared Pemberton and Community Manager Harry Thomas for a question and answer session.
The strategy has been developed in alignment with the Football Association of Wales’ eight strategic pillars: Exciting Competition Format, Strengthening League Administration, Professionalising Club Administration, Building Brand Awareness, Engaging Communities, Enhancing On-Pitch Quality, Developing Facilities and Strengthening Commercial Portfolio.
The document provides an overview of where we have come from, where the club currently finds itself and where we plan to go over the course of the next five years.
