Haverfordwest County welcome Flint Town United to the Ogi Bridge Meadow tomorrow, as the two sides meet for the first time in almost a year.
The Bluebirds suffered a 1-0 defeat away at Llanelli Town last Friday. Former Bluebird Danny Williams gave the Reds an early lead, and despite relentless County pressure we were unable to get back into the contest at Stebonheath Park.
The Silkmen were victorius in their most recent outing, as they came from behind to defeat Briton Ferry Llansawel 2-1 at the Essity Stadium last Saturday. Ruben Davies’ goal gave the Reds an early lead, but a brace of headers from captain Harry Owen turned the game around for Lee Fowler’s men.

The most recent meeting between the sides came back in November 2024. On that occasion, the Bluebirds claimed a 4-1 win at LHP Stadium in Carmarthen, with Ben Fawcett netting a brace after Ben Ahmun and Greg Walters had found the net.
The Blues currently find themselves in 12th place, four places and six points further back from the Silkmen. We do maintain a game in hand, however, with our scheduled meeting with tomorrow’s opponents being postponed back in August because of a burst water pipe in the Broughton area. A victory for Tony Pennock’s men could see us climb to 10th if other results were to go our way.
