Haverfordwest County AFC is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Nuttall as Chief Executive Officer.

Formerly serving as Chief Operating Officer, Rebecca steps into the CEO role following a period of significant growth and operational development within the club.

During her tenure as COO, Rebecca played a pivotal role in strengthening the club’s commercial foundations, enhancing matchday operations, expanding partnerships, and supporting football operations.

This experience, combined with a deep understanding of the club’s values, culture, and community, makes her uniquely positioned to lead Haverfordwest County AFC into its next phase.

As CEO, Rebecca will oversee all aspects of the club’s strategy, including long-term football development, commercial growth, fan engagement, and infrastructure investment. The appointment reflects the club’s commitment to continuity, stability, and building on recent successes — both on and off the pitch.

“Haverfordwest County is more than just a football club — it’s a community with deep local roots,” said Rebecca. “I’m honoured to take on this role and excited to lead the club into its next chapter, ensuring we grow sustainably, compete at the highest level, and stay true to our identity.”

The club’s board expressed their delight with the news, adding: “Beccy has been the driving force of the Board’s long-term off-field vision over the last 18 months, so it’s the next step in her personal development, and that of the club’s, that she takes a more leading role going forwards.

“She has the respect of everybody in the club, and as a Board we back her to keep moving the club forwards as we continue to drive social and community impact in Pembrokeshire, and continue to develop exciting and innovative projects within Welsh football.”
