Haverfordwest County are delighted to continue our long-standing partnership with Valero, who will be continuing as our Headline Academy Sponsor for the 2025-26 season.

Valero have been loyal supporters of the club for over a decade, with their backing helping to ensure the Academy is in a strong position to continue to provide developmental opportunities to talented young footballers from Pembrokeshire.

Valero’s brand is instantly recognisable throughout the county, as well as at the Ogi Bridge Meadow, which is gearing up to host a sixth consecutive season of JD Cymru Premier football.

Our Academy teams compete at both grassroots level and also within the FAW National Academi system, with weekly matches taking place across the county and south Wales.

Valero are strongly linked with a variety of sports at all levels across Pembrokeshire, and as a club we are very grateful for their ongoing support.

Stephen Thornton, Refinery Public Affairs Manager at Valero, said: We are delighted to continue our sponsorship of the Academy. The continual development of excellent sports people from Pembrokeshire is an important part of the overall success of the County.

“Recent European qualification shows that the club is moving in the right direction, and I am sure that many more local players will make their way into the first team.”

Alaric Jones, Partnerships Manager at Haverfordwest County, said: “We are of course delighted to continue our long-standing partnership with Valero.

“We share a passion for giving young people opportunities they may otherwise not receive, which is a key factor in our continued success together.

“The support from Valero is fundamental to the delivery of our Academy, both boys and girls, and we would like to place on record our appreciation for this.”
