Manager Tony Pennock had the following to say on this summer’s departing players:

Zac Jones

Having spoken to Zac in January and again in February, he made it clear that he wanted a new challenge and that he would be moving on. Zac leaves having played a big part in my three seasons at the club, and we all wish him every success wherever his career takes him. Zac is a fantastic young man and we will all miss him.

Luke Tabone

Luke was extremely disappointed to finish his season with an injury. When we signed Luke two seasons ago, we knew we were lucky to have him and, although thoroughly disappointed not to be part of our European experience in 2023, he has been instrumental to our success this season. I’m sure we will get to see Luke playing in European competitions again.

Harri and Dan John

Harri and Dan are both moving on to University, Harri having made over 50 appearances for the first team and Dan also playing his part and captaining the Development team to the treble this season. Two extremely popular young men with so much ahead of them. They are a credit to themselves and their family, and we look forward to seeing where their career takes them.

Owain Davies

Owain has had a tough season with a number of injuries. He played a big part in the Development team’s success this season. We also wish Owain well with the remainder of his university course, and along with all the other lads he is welcome back to the Ogi Bridge Meadow at any time.
