Haverfordwest County AFC head to the capital on Friday to take on Cardiff Metropolitan in their penultimate game of the 2024-25 JD Cymru Premier regular season.

The Bluebirds shared the spoils with Caernarfon Town in a 1-1 draw at the Ogi Bridge Meadow a fortnight ago, with Ben Ahmun’s opener cancelled out by Louis Lloyd’s penalty.

The Archers, meanwhile, were held to a goalless draw away at Bala Town.

The most recent meeting between the sides came back in February. On that occasion, the Bluebirds ran out 1-0 winners thanks to Ben Fawcett’s second-half strike.

The Town currently sit third in the standings, five points clear of Caernarfon Town in fourth, therefore knowing a win or a draw would be enough to clinch our joint-highest ever finish in a top-flight season.
