Haverfordwest County AFC are delighted to announce a new partnership with fan engagement and ticketing platform, Fanbase.

The partnership will enable the football club to house all of our digital content in one place, providing supporters with an improved experience and the ability to access the latest news, video content and much more in a highly engaging feed, as well as the ability to purchase tickets.

The platform, which is used by a host of fellow JD Cymru Premier sides, as well as the likes of British Basketball League, Dundee United, Gloucester City and Larne, brings fans together through their technology and gives them the experience they deserve, whilst increasing revenue and saving staff time.

The app, which can be downloaded on the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android), enables supporters to store tickets on their mobile devices for easy access, meaning you won’t need to queue to buy tickets on the day of a game.

By using Fanbase, we will be able to build a database of our supporters, enabling us to communicate more efficiently with fans and better understand their habits to tailor our marketing more effectively.

The built-in push notifications feature that Fanbase offers will provide the club with an excellent opportunity to communicate more directly with our supporters, allowing us to send key messages to fans through the mobile app.

“We are really excited to be partnering with Fanbase. As a club, we want to make sure we provide our fans with the best possible experience. The Fanbase app helps us achieve this by giving us a platform to make purchasing of digital tickets easier and direct to smartphones and emails. It also gives our fans further opportunities to attend our club events, take advantage of our hospitality offerings, view exciting content and be reminded of upcoming fixtures at the Ogi Bridge Meadow Stadium.”

Ben Tyler, Commercial & Marketing Director, Haverfordwest County

We’ve enjoyed working with a number of teams within the JD Cymru Premier and are excited to expand this to work with the forward-thinking team behind the scenes at Haverfordwest County. The team is well set to take advantage of all that Fanbase has to offer and I’m sure fans will see an improved experience from day one”.
