Haverfordwest County AFC return to LHP Stadium on Tuesday evening as we welcome Barry Town United for the first of back-to-back home games in the JD Cymru Premier this week.

The Bluebirds recorded a comfortable 3-0 victory over Aberystwyth Town at Park Avenue on Friday evening, with Ricky Watts and Ben Ahmun both on target before an own goal from Louis Bradford, as we kept a fifth clean sheet in eight league matches so far this season.

The Linnets were in action a day later, and they played out a 1-1 draw at home to Caernarfon Town, with Louis Lloyd’s ninth-minute goal cancelled out immediately after by striker Sam Snaith.

The most recent meeting between the two sides came back in April. On that occasion, County came from behind to win 2-1 thanks to goals from Lee Jenkins and Corey Shephard, after Curtis McDonald had given the Dragons the lead at the Ogi Bridge Meadow.

Tony Pennock’s men currently find themselves third in the standings, and we could move up to second with victory.
