Haverfordwest County AFC are delighted to welcome Harry Jones on board as our new strength and conditioning coach.

A former member of the academy setup at the Ogi Bridge Meadow Stadium, Harry studied Sports and Exercise Science at Cardiff Metropolitan University, where he graduated last summer.

Harry currently works as a fitness supervisor at Pembrokeshire County Council, and also runs Rejuvenate Sports Therapy, his own sports massage company. You can follow this link to find out more.

Having linked up with the club during pre-season, Harry will be on hand to assist players in the lead up to matches this season, while also being in charge of looking after the pre-match warm-ups, ensuring optimal physical preparation for our players.

Speaking about his new role, Harry said: “I am really excited to be starting my role at Haverfordwest County AFC. Strength and conditioning is key for both the development and maintenance of our players across the academy and first team, and having spent time over pre-season building relationships and testing the players, I am really looking forward to seeing how the season pans out.”

Welcome on board, Harry!
