Haverfordwest County AFC are delighted to be advertising for two voluntary roles, Equality, Diversity and Inclusive representative and Fan Representative. This shift in focus aims to bring our supporters to the heart of our decision making.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Representative

We are looking for dedicated people who will support Haverfordwest County AFC in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is treated fairly, and with respect. The representative will ensure that the Club provides access and opportunities for all members of the community.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To support in promoting good relations and practices towards different minority groups
  • To help develop, monitor and review policies and strategies designed to ensure organisations, staff and stakeholders engage with legislative duties
  • To engage with the needs of the community to ensure all needs are met
  • To support in promoting positive change at Haverfordwest County AFC
  • To support in the development of policy and process for Haverfordwest County AFC
  • To liaise with the Football Association of Wales to explore funding avenues to support inclusive practice with Haverfordwest County AFC

We invite applications from people who feel they are well placed to represent an inclusive environment and who can devote the necessary time and resources to engage with the Club.

Fan Representative

We are looking for dedicated people who are comfortable engaging with the Club’s wider fan base to gather views and feedback in order to represent their respective fan group in meetings with the Club.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To set up a constructive communication channel between Haverfordwest County AFC and its fans
  • To help the Club understand the issues that are most important to its fans
  • To create a formal avenues for these ideas, issues, feedback and suggestions to be tabled
  • To provide Haverfordwest County AFC with a platform to discuss new ideas with fans and seek their feedback on new initiatives
  • To give fans the opportunity to present new ideas and suggestions directly to Haverfordwest County AFC
  • To support Haverfordwest County AFC in growing in line with the needs of its fans
