Haverfordwest County will be hoping to make it consecutive wins in the JD Cymru Premier Playoff Conference when they visit Pontypridd United tomorrow.

The Bluebirds come into the game on the back of last Saturday’s morale-boosting 3-1 victory over Flint Town United at the Ogi Bridge Meadow, while the Dragons scored twice in stoppage time to salvage a dramatic 3-3 draw with Aberystwyth Town at Park Avenue.

In the previous meeting between the teams, Ioan Evans’ late free-kick rescued a point for the Bluebirds in a 1-1 draw at the Meadow, after Clayton Green had given the top-flight newcomers the lead.

Depending on results this weekend, the Bluebirds could find themselves anywhere from seventh to ninth, and know that a first top-flight victory in Treforest will keep them very much in the hunt for the final European play-off place.
