Haverfordwest County make the journey to Oswestry to take on The New Saints in the penultimate game of Phase One in the JD Cymru Premier tomorrow.

This weekend’s round of fixtures were due to take place on the weekend of 9/10 September, but were postponed following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

The Bluebirds head into the game on the back of last Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Pontypridd United at the Ogi Bridge Meadow. The Saints, meanwhile, were in action as recently as Tuesday, when Declan McManus’ 14th league goal of the season helped them defeat Caernarfon Town 1-0 at The Oval.

Craig Harrison’s side are yet to taste defeat in the league this season, winning 16 and drawing three of their 19 matches to date. In pursuit of a 15th top-flight title, they currently lead closest rivals Connah’s Quay Nomads by nine points.

Tony Pennock’s side currently find themselves seventh in the standings. With the Championship Conference places already decided, the Bluebirds will be aiming to build some momentum heading into Phase Two of the campaign – where they will compete in the Play-Off Conference.
