Haverfordwest County will be looking to give themselves a pre-Christmas morale boost when they welcome Aberystwyth Town to the Ogi Bridge Meadow tomorrow night.

County tasted defeat to Cardiff Metropolitan in their previous outing last Friday, while the Seasiders were in action as recently as Tuesday, when they lost 3-0 to high-flying Connah’s Quay Nomads.

The Black and Greens have been in mixed form of late, with the important 2-1 win over Pontypridd United on November 18 preceding the heavy 11-0 loss away at champions and current league leaders The New Saints.

The teams are separated by just one place and two points in the JD Cymru Premier, with the Bluebirds able to jump one place to seventh if results go their way, while Aberystwyth would leapfrog Tony Pennock’s side with victory.
