Chairman Rob Edwards was in Westminster this afternoon to discuss a wide range of topics and to present our ambitious plans for the future to Stephen Crabb MP.
The meeting provided the chairman with the opportunity to give a visual representation of the impact the club has had in the local community in the last couple of years, and to also garner support for the innovative ideas we plan to implement in the years to come.
Edwards was able to present The Blueprint, our business and community development plan which outlines the work the club carries out in the local area, as well as laying out our aims and ambitions for the future.
This comprehensive document lists every development that has happened since Edwards assumed the role in 2020, and makes clear the importance of working together to ensure that Haverfordwest County can continue to harness the best footballing talent within Pembrokeshire.
Commenting on the meeting, Edwards said: “I had a wonderful lunch with Stephen, and was delighted to have the opportunity to show how far the club has come and what our plans are for the club and community going forwards.
“It is great to have the support of Stephen and the local authority, and we are very much singing off the same hymn sheet, which can only be good news for the club and the community.”
