Haverfordwest County are back in action at the Ogi Bridge Meadow on Tuesday night as we welcome Cardiff Metropolitan on JD Cymru Premier MD9.

The Bluebirds drew 1-1 with Flint Town United on Saturday to end their three-game losing run in the league, while the Archers went down to a 2-0 defeat away at Bala Town.

Although they have lost their last two matches in the league, tomorrow’s visitors have made a positive start to the season. Ryan Jenkins’ side won four of their first five matches, and while the 5-1 and 7-0 defeats to Caernarfon Town and The New Saints respectively were setbacks for them, the Students still occupy fifth place in the standings.

The sides last met on the final day of the 2021-22 season, when Joe Evans’ header and Kyle McCarthy’s long range strike – which won goal of the season – were enough to give the Archers victory after Ben Fawcett had given the Bluebirds the lead.
