Haverfordwest County AFC can confirm that Lee Idzi will be leaving the club following the expiration of his contract this summer.
The goalkeeper made a return to the Bluebirds last summer, having previously had a four-year spell with the club between 2007 and 2011.
The 34-year-old went on to make 26 appearances in the JD Cymru Premier last season, as he established himself as the number one choice between the sticks.
Formerly of Neath, Bangor City, Carmarthen Town and Barry Town United, Idzi was a commanding presence between the sticks in the 2021-22 campaign, pulling off numerous important saves and showing his ability to come off his line to claim crosses.
One of the most experienced top-flight players in any position, the experienced stopper brought up his 400th Cymru Leagues appearance in the 2-1 defeat to Caernarfon Town in November.
We would like to place on record our thanks to Lee for his efforts not only last season, but throughout his five years with the club, and we wish him well with whatever comes next in his footballing journey.
