Haverfordwest County are thrilled to announce that Ben Fawcett has signed a new two-year deal to ensure he will remain with the club for the near future.
The striker was a key part of the Bluebirds’ attack last season, and finished as the team’s second highest goalscorer in the JD Cymru Premier, having found the net eight times across Phase One and Two.
Fawcett, 21, has been with County since 2018, and was part of the squad that achieved promotion to the top-flight for the 2020-21 campaign. In his debut season in the Cymru Premier, he netted seven goals as he featured in all but one of the games.
His efforts of the last two years were rewarded when, in March, he was named as part of the Wales C squad to take on England C at The Oval in Caernarfon – a game which saw Wales run out 4-0 winners.

The youngster, formerly of Hakin United, was an ever-present for the Bluebirds last season, featuring in all 32 matches in the league, as well as playing in three JD Welsh Cup and two Nathaniel MG Cup games.
Among his eight goals last season were some sublime strikes, including the long-range effort against Barry Town United at Jenner Park and the pinpoint half volley from outside the area away at Cardiff Metropolitan.
