Haverfordwest County AFC can confirm that Corey Shephard has left the club due to work commitments.
The midfielder joined the Bluebirds in the summer of 2020 from Cymru South side Cambrian and Clydach Vale, providing him with his first opportunity of top-flight football after impressing in the second tier.
The 23-year-old was an integral part of the midfield as Wayne Jones’ side went on to have an excellent first season back in the Cymru Premier.
Able to provide defensive cover to the back line, he was also given licence to get forward, a role he enjoyed as the Bluebirds played an entertaining brand of football throughout the 2020-21 campaign.
Undoubtedly the stand-out moment for Shephard was his strike in the famous 2-1 win over The New Saints at the Ogi Bridge Meadow in March.
