Haverfordwest County AFC will welcome Brecon Corries to the Bridge Meadow in Round Two of the Welsh Cup in September.

The Bluebirds, who due to their Cymru Premier status, enter at this stage, will take on Mid Wales League East outfit.

Brecon – Powys – beat Caerau Ely 8-3 at Cwrt-yr-Ala Road in Round Two to reach this stage. Prior to that stage, they comfortably beat Carno 6-0 in the first qualifying round and Llandrindod Wells in the next.

The Corries had played in the South structure of the Welsh pyramid for a number of years before moving to Central Wales.

In their first season in the Mid Wales South, they won 16 games out of 16, scoring 143 and conceding just two.

They currently sit at level four of the pyramid and are sixth in their division so far.

The tie is to take place on September 3, 4, or 5.

Full details of our R3 clash will follow in due course.
